WHAT MADE ME TO WRITE THIS POST, I CAME ACROSS AN ARTICLE WHICH HIGHLIGHT THE CONCEPTS TO BECOME A SUCCESSFUL LEADER. THE QUALITIES MENTIONED HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM INDIVIDUAL PERSONALITY AND I AM SURE OUR LEADERS HOLD MORE THAN ONE OF IT.

THE CONCEPTS ARE AS FOLLOWS.

"Storytelling is the most powerful way to put ideas into the world today." -Robert McAfee Brown
3. Team Playing

5. Responsiveness
"Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it." -Charles Swindoll
6. Adaptability
"When you're finished changing, you're finished." -Ben Franklin
7. Passion
"The only way to do great work is to love the work you do." -Steve Jobs
8. Surprise and Delight
"A true leader always keeps an element of surprise up his sleeve, which others cannot grasp but which keeps his public excited and breathless." -Charles de Gaulle
9. Simplicity
"Less isn't more; just enough is more." -Milton Glaser

Face-off with Persistent Rain.

Monsoon brings delight to the peasants as well as the crowd residing in Cities. Rainfall is much needed for many vital reasons. Its starts from the rural areas and ends in metros. Villagers are highly dependent on rains for the cultivation of crops. Generation of electricity is possible with good rains. After extreme summer whether condition, it is highly needed for the increase in the ground water level.

The administration failed on every ground for maintaining roads and avoiding water logging at not many but every part of the city is getting water logging complains. Cleaning of nalas had been completed much after the scheduled time. The administration should try to take step not after something happens but before its happening. The condition of roads on all the major junction of the city are worse effected by the persistent rains. The patch work carried out by GHMC is much like rubbing salt on wounds. During dry-spell the commuters have to struggle a lot to reach their destination with the dust making things more worse.

Adding much to the agony of the commuters plying on a rainy day. Sewage system explodes giving wrong signal for the authorities tall claims of upkeep of roads and sewage system.

Unarmed Protesters Killed In KASHMIR.

Protest is not a new word and a thing in our country, protest happens now and then in our biggest democratic country. Protest is to show the indifference and the ill happenings towards a particular thing, individual, religion and also to show unfavorable attitude of the common citizens towards the government. Globally protests are happening, the very famous protest happening is in Egypt in favour of their leader Mohammed Morsi. If we talk about the famous protest in India it was at India gate for the rape victim.

We rarely see and hear unarmed protesters are killed at point blank, and when we hear about the protesters being killed are usually Muslims in our country.

THE REAL STORY.

Protesters are killed for their protest and the culprits are left without any punishment.

Makkah Masjid was one incident of such atrocities where innocent people where fired with bullets as they were protesting for their lost dear ones in bomb blast at MAKKAH MASJID.

Now latest, RAMBAN a place in Jammu and Kashmir where a new incident of police firing at the protesters happened. Where the protest was due to desecration of the HOLY BOOK QURAN and assaulting the IMAM  Why only Muslims are killed with bullets instead of using rubber bullets and other measures to control the protest. Muslims are being killed like vegetables and their blood has become value less. The time has come for all of us to come forward and do something against the forces acting in a very unfavorable manner.

Ruins of Administration.

The heat waves with severe water and electricity problems have been the fate of our own city this summer. Apart from natural calamities reason for hue and cry is inefficient administration of issues. The government has failed to tackle the basic issues arising for the betterment of the city. Ineffective approach and too many corrupt members in the government has paved the way for people thinking of a third front, which can provide    some relief to the people of this city as well as state.
